It amazes me how one holiday can take so many days to actually plan. I mean the food planning alone is a planning nightmare.
Everyone has one plate that they want at the celebration. So far the meal consists of:
BBQ:
Hot Dogs
Hot Link Brat's
Hamburgers
Chicken
Macaroni salad
Potato salad
Green Leaf w/all trimming salad
Apple Salad (a big maybe there)
Apple Pie
Cheese cake
Ice Cream
Regular round cake (A birthday cake)
Now that is not including the drinks, munchies and other snacks requested and that will be there
Enough to feed this army and then some.......
