Femestra: Good Or Bad?

I think it's good that you wrote this post. People should know about what it did to you and I am sure glad you stopped taking it.
I laugh when I see all the ads stating there are no "long term" side effects as they apparently mean nothing hurts once we are dead. On the other hand...
Personally, I try to steer clear of "altered" substances. This one is has CLA, which I think is better gotten from grass-fed cows, both from the beef and the dairy products, but the irritability is documented as a side-effect of gamma oryzanol, the other principal ingredient, which I laughingly called the horse steroid. Yes, it is used to make horses more docile. No thanks!
PS: A small bowl of cooked oatmeal with milk at least half an hour before bedtime should help with the sleep.

That's really scary - is femestra FDA approved? Did you ask your Dr or pharmasist about it. After what happended with Anna Nicole Smith and Heath Ledger I'm scared to take anything. I know sometimes herbal medicines aren't monitored by the FDA so you have to be very careful. I'm glad you're feeling so much better.
