Wiccan Network has added a temporary blog. This is not the official web site nor is it the official blog. Both are still in the making and will be released soon.

What this is for is to post news on the site as it becomes available. Nothing fancy at all. We will be placing those links of sites that have submitted either with the web submission form, private emails or posting comments on our other sites.

All these will be added so others will get the feel of who you are and what is starting to come in.

A friend of mine wears glasses all the time. She at times I think sleeps in them. We were talking the other day about how she wanted to change the way she looked. Growing tired of the glasses. Especially if you knew how many she has broken or misplaced.

While we were looking at the various styles and designs of glasses I asked June why she just didn't switch to Acuvue Oasys contact lenses. I mean there is a great way to change your personal look. She was reluctant as she was talking about the cost and time it took to order them. She also lives in a neighboring small town so she does not have the means of just picking the glasses or lenses up.

I led her to the company, 1-800-GET-LENS, and told her to look at what they had to offer. You are able to order the lenses online with a quick process right on their site. Not to mention they are more than reasonable in cost. Actually after doing a little more research, they are one of the lowest priced on the web for the services and actual lenses that they offer.

I think what was really helpful was sitting and reading the reviews. As we all know I have been on a rampage about reading reviews of products lately. Finding that there were more satisfied customers than you could shake a stick at!

June, the last I talked to her this morning, was switching. New look and no more dry eyes. Another future customer that will be satisfied.

There are many ideas in the think tank right now for the site. Do you have any? If so, send them in!

Last night I tried a new recipe that I found in my Rachael Rae monthly magazine. Sounded a little on the different side so I told the family we were going to try it. The recipe is for a meat loaf that contains pickles and cheese. I know that does not sound like a very good combo but I just had to do it.

I was wondering how it would smell while cooking. The aroma was of dill that filled the house. It was actually a nice smell to my surprise. When opening up the oven though the dill was over powering and nearly knocked me for a loop. I didn't like that part very much at all. At least I know that if anything went wrong with my nose there are revision rhinoplasty can correct the aesthetics of the nose.

The meat loaf was excellent. The mixture of cheese and pickles was perfect. Giving the meat loaf a moist texture and the taste was out of this world. One bite you would taste the cheese the next the pickles. Like a big cheese burger in a way. My youngest, who is going through a I do not like anything at all phase, really liked it. He actually asked for seconds. A true culinary compliment.

Would I cook it again? Yes. Although I have not heard from my oldest daughter and son in law yet on how they liked it. So the verdict is still out on those two. I bet though my son in law liked it. Well, he is like Mikey, he'll eat anything.
