Good news for all Lakers fans. They will be going to the conference finals this year. This is the first time since 2004 so you should be pretty thrilled.

Even though Bryant hurt his back at the start of the Sunday’s game he still managed to score 26 points during the game. Stating that he would just pick his shots.

Not bad really, although there were definitely times that the Lakers really needed him and he fell short. He did not practice, sitting on the side lines and having his back treatments. I guess you might say that he was saving it for the game.

Not to worry winning the game over the Utah Jazz, 111-104 .

This makes gives them a 3-2 lead in the Western Conference semifinals.
