One thing is for certain I have a terrible time sleeping. I am awake at all hours of the night. Sleep is not my friend any more that is for sure. I have tried a lot of methods, diet changes and still nothing has changed.

One thing that I never thought of were the white noise machines that are used as a sleep aide. There are multiple sounds that you set in order to help you go to sleep and wake up in a restful state of mind.

With these machines you are able to select the peaceful sounds that will lull you into a deep slumber. Setting a timer that will turn this off for you after you are fast asleep.

These are also used in helping infants that have a hard time getting to sleep fall into a nice slumber. There is an idea for all those parents with infants. Safe to use and economical at that

I guess I am at a point that I will in fact try nearly anything. Sounds better than a sleeping pill to drift off and without the side effects or addictions.
