Pandora's Casket

Since it was the holiday weekend we all decided to take some time off working and have a little well deserved fun.

Planning the bowling event was a couple of weeks ago so when Saturday finally rolled around everyone was pretty excited. We made arrangements to go in the afternoon after Jamie got home from his volunteer work at the local animal shelter. Which gave me ample time to look into online term life insurance quotes and also Trevor's auto insurance for his truck.

With family in tow the bowling fun began!

Finding the perfect ball is part of the fun! There is only part of the family hunting for their balls. In the way background is BB ad Jamie waiting patiently for all to return!




As you can see Colt found his ball and was very happy!




Everyone had a good laugh at Shay as she started out strong and finished well, let's just say she finished

After over two and a half hours of pizza, soda and bowling fun it was time to go. What a great day it was!

This was Colton's first year in art, and I must admit it was a struggle with him. He did not like the class at all. He said that he did not have any interest in making anything and when he did it turned out wrong.

Personally I liked what he made and thought that it turned out good. This might be his last year in art so he had to go to the art show!

Of course, he could not take a serious picture while standing next to his art! But at least I was able to get a picture!





My favorite is the green vase. It has so much detail on the individual pieces it was amazing. I thought this was unique in its style. His sisters loved it as well!



I am hoping that he changes his mind and continues with art next year but if not it's OK!

Last week started the official end of the year events that we are attending for the boys at their high school. With two weeks or less remaining of the school year there is always something that either needs to be done or something to go to.

With this being Trevor's last year the events are crazy. He wanted to go to this year's Art show being it is his last. He won a ribbon for one of his pots that he made so he was pretty happy.

Right now we are looking into finding him a wheel so he can continue with his pottery making. He loves this hobby so might as well continue!
