Yes, I am still on a small rant about employees from other firms that have the skills and brains of a bowl of mush. Drives me insane to be fed plain untruths that at the end of the day is ludicrous to even think that they would believe you would swallow.

I mean come on, firms actually hire these people to do customer service and think that they are fine? No wonder people see these firms with such low integrity.

Personally, if one of my staff wrote to a customer with as much BS I would tell them to pack their Eagle Creek luggage and hit the road. Then again I do (sometimes) care what people say about our company and products.

Employers should take a look at the way that their CS people write letters and call them on it. Oh, and they should make them take classes on grammar, punctuation and etiquette. Maybe then they might have a little more credibility.

We were all asking for the weather to cool down. Boy, has it ever cooled down! We even have a wind warning up till later this afternoon.

Does not make you want to go out anywhere at all. Luckily Sab's Plano cosmetic dentist has changed dates with her so she does not have to go out into this cold wind. I was really hoping that he would do that and without charging. A pretty good dentist to do that if you ask me. OK, nobody will or ever does

This cooler weather is here for the next few days and then back in the low 70's. Ah, Fall has finally arrived!!!!

Have you ever really wondered about the way some company's handle customer support? We have all had to deal with voicing a complaint or trying to get a situation resolved only hoping that whom ever we are speaking to will be able to help. Then you run into someone that clearly shows that they are incompetent. Instead of researching the facts before contacting the customer they pop off with placing it right back in our laps. I have to ask why they did not research facts instead of doing this.

Oh, I realize that they may be busy but that is what their jobs are-customer service. To solve problems with those account holders in a rapid and satisfactory manner. Not to be snotty, sarcastic or show that they have the sense that God gave a goose (which is none by the way).

Before sending an email or making a call check the facts. You might not like doing it but I have to put the 'ass' in assume that is your job.

Do not contact me with no information that is not pertinent. Do your damn job and then contact me. Or maybe you should use motorhome towing services to pull your head out of you know where.

Towards the end of the month I get a little more than tired. Just like everyone it is like the hours put in just catches up with you and out of no where you feel exhausted.

That is the way that I feel right now. Just mentally exhausted and a little physically as well. Waking up this morning I said to heck with working and decided that everything could take a back seat today. Oh, I have a couple of things that need to be done which will take me five minutes but other than that forget it.

Customers, vendors and other associates can wait until another day to get answers from me. Sure won't kill them
