Pandora's Casket

Ah, the love between Trev and Loretta will soon go down in history. Although it is more a love hate relationship he still works at it. Who is Loretta? His truck. Right now he is having a problem with the electrical and instead of just fixing it straight out he has devised a method of using a screw driver to do the job for awhile.

He needs to look into truck accessories and parts to fix the problem instead of rigging it up like a redneck. haha Boys and their trucks. haha

You know one thing that I really like about a holiday weekend beyond the obvious of no shipping and no school is that I can actually take the time and mess around a little. I still put the same amount of work in but not as gung ho it seems. I do stupid things like going through my old make up drawer tossing out all those old items that why I have in the first place that are nasty. I found some face creams that were old and crusty in that drawer that were tossed out as well.

Monday will be a half work and play day. Fun times!

This year the jamboree was based on the theme of Space Travel due to one of the astronauts came from our home town. The parade had a make shift shuttle that I am thinking that they made from card board. They did need to buy moving boxes to make this.

I didn't take pictures this year as it looked the same as the years past. haha The even was a day shorter and just did not seem to have the same crowd as the previous year. Although Saturday night was busy, just not the same.

Nicky rode his first 'big kid' rides as he was finally tall enough. He was thrilled and petrified at the same time. Makes for some good memories that is for sure.

Glad it is over and done with until next year.
