Pandora's Casket

I had one of the biggest laughs the other day. A friend of mine had gone to the Post Office and asked about the mailing of a letter. Now we all know that there is no way to locate a First Class letter so it it is gone it is gone.

The PO tells this person it is a 1 in a billion chance that it is lost and the company has to have it. One in a billion??? Who are they trying to kid with that? I have packages that are still lost and have been scanned that they left some branch that NEVER made it. Maybe that is because it was mailed First Class Parcel.

I would love to see how they came up with this number.
