It was a very basic package but for those starting out it seems like a good deal.

Since Shaina has purchased her latest car it has been nothing but trouble. It looks great but I think it has everything that could be wrong with a car happening to it. For your first car you really do not want to have this happen to you. The only time it did not break down on her was on her trip to Indy. Nobody thought that it would run as good as it did but it was smooth sailing. Not so the next day. Breaking down in front of the house. Now she is looking at purchasing another car. Trying to find one that is economical to drive from home to work. Also dependable. She has decided to look at the Diffent Kia Models that there are. They have great reviews from her friends that own them and also from what she has read up on them.

The one thing that has been nice is that she has found a New Kia Dealer online which lists the cars that they have available. Prices, pictures and complete descriptions are listed. No guess work at all. Yes, she may have to pay more than she did the last time but at least it is through a reputable dealership that takes pride in what they are selling. So far she has a list growing of cars that she will be calling the Car Dealer about this coming week.

The good thing is that along with online searching with the site they also offer specials on cars, parts and other promotions that they are having. I was impressed that you can even schedule a repair or general maintenance appointment online as well.

The car that she purchases this time will be in good running order, economical to drive and be dependable. Plus whatever work is done on the car will have a warranty of some type which is great for her.

At least she has a good idea of what car to purchase this time not just going on looks! Kias are really cute vehicles!

For my work room I have been trying to think of ways to save space and yet have a safe space for certain items that I use. I came across the idea of using kitchen spice racks in order to organize certain things. Having a nice used wall spice rack is absolutely the perfect idea in order to store oils & herbs on. Keeping them on shelves and neatly out of the way until the next day.

I have already placed a few on the walls over two of the work tables. It makes it so nice to have the oils and herbs right there in plain sight as I am mixing and slow brewing the oils for orders. I did have them on the work table lined up but found that I was always turning the labels or the worst thing possible knocking them over while not using them. With the racks on the walls though they are at eye level and always neatly lined up.

Going out to locate these is not that hard as there are always either close outs or garage sales that has a spice rack or two that I am looking for. I love the idea that they can come in all different sizes so I am sure to find the ones that I need. If that does not work I will begin the hunt on line at stores that carry spice racks and watch for sales.

I really wish that I had thought of this earlier when I was organizing the work room. It sure would have been nice to have these already. Plus having these on the walls keeps them away from the animals that might wander in while I am working. I noticed that clean up is a breeze also.

My favorite is the spice rack in my kitchen. It has a door that has like a mesh wire so there is always fresh air for the herbs. Those are the types that I am looking for right now. Racks with doors that are able to store larger amounts of bottles in.

Yesterday I shipped over 20 something packages. A mix between normal first class parcel and Priority. Even a couple international. Now that is a somewhat normal shipping number for a day but what is not normal is seeing emails the same day as shipping asking why the product is showing delivered here in town. The emails made my heart skip a few beats thats for sure.

I handed the packages directly to the supervisor at the local branch. As I was leaving she was processing them. No worries here. I was the only person in there and you have to remember small town. She was the only person there also. This was at 3:40PM.

Came home thinking all was well took a break and then went back to work. That is when the fun began. I had to trace all the packages back to see what was going on. Of course at 6PM there is little you can do. Now, what actually happened that nearly had me in the hospital having an ekg was she pushed the wrong scan button. Instead of using acceptance she used delivered. Human error no big deal really. Or is it?

In fact it was. I had so many people email in a panic and bad attitude that I was amazed. The funniest was the people that purchased something the same day. Com on people use common sense. If you buy it in the morning how can it be delivered in the afternoon someplace??

I knew what was going on but to cover my rump I called the main 800 number of the USPS. By the time I actually got a person I was really angry. I had to jump through hoops to get to them. The rep said the same thing I already knew-human error.

Why call? When explaining to irrational people you have to have facts not simply what you think or actually know.

The USPS gotta love them for making my business world a little better by their being inept. Thank you for that!

We have been looking for a piece of property for the last two years and it has been a nightmare in finding just the right one. With the prices being as low as they are you would think that it would be pretty easy to find. I started looking into the foreclosures in and around our town to see what was out there. First thing that you find is pay services that lead you on and on but in order to actually see or find out anything about the particular property you have to pay for it. Sometimes it is a little high for what they do in fact show. Looking for Free Foreclosures can be a nightmare. All we want is around 10-20 wooded acres at a fair price. A farm would be great also with the wooded area though.

Finally though I did locate a site that offers Free REO foreclosures listings. It is pretty nicely set up with the states and the cities within the states. It was super easy finding the towns that we were thinking about looking into. What I liked was with the property listings there are maps showing you were the property is and land marks and towns close by in order for you to get a feel for the location.

Real Estate Owned Foreclosures research now with a free price tag has been great. There are even listings by individual banking institutes. I quickly bookmarked the site and then sent it to my daughter and son in law to check out as well.

I like the fact that you do not have to pay, join or even make a bogus log in account. You are free to browse and obtain address and contact information. Great site really. A shame there are not others so easily locatable. But until then I will continue to check the listings on a regular basis until we find that property!

I can not believe that is time to start thinking about the boys going back to school already. It seems that they just started vacation and not it is nearly over! I started looking into different ideas for kids lockers so maybe they will try to keep their lockers a little more organized this year. Especially Nick! I will tell you that boy and his locker is like a tornado aftermath. He just shoves things in and goes.

I have seen so many new and really improved designs for inside of lockers for kids that will be easy to replicate this year. Most are under $10 and will take only a few minutes to add to their lockers when they are assigned. Since they get lockers before school actually starts I can easily place the dividers and other things I saw on the same day we go get the schedule.

Looking at the designs and array of things that you can do to help add to their space and being organized I was and still am so amazed at what you can do with such little space. Placing pocket hangers in childrens lockers that hang on the walls gives added storage and are handy for extra paper and pencils that they need all the time.

Colt wants a mirror this year in his locker that he shares with Megan so that will be easy to get and have him put up in the locker.

Maybe the lockers will stay a little neater this year. OK, one can dream can't they?
