Can you imagine that New Years eve is tomorrow? Another year nearly gone. Time does go by swiftly.

One thing that I will be preparing for is New Years day. Since there are many things that I do to insure a prosperous year I have to spend hours on New Years eve preparing for the big day.

As far as a party or major celebration, nothing planned here at all. Not yet anyway. Plans around here always change. But as I see it we will more than likely all stay in and spend a nice quiet evening.

Even though the holiday season is nearly over winter is not. There is still time to order your very own Holiday frames for your eye glasses. There are so many great styles to choose from. I had no idea that the frames were available because if I did I would have made sure that I ordered my very own.

These styles are from very bright pattens to subtle landscapes. There are some styles and patterns that I thought would be nice for say Valentine's Day or even Easter as the colors were very fitting for these holidays. But I was taken by a few of the more winteristic scenes that I saw that you could wear all winter long. It has happened at one time or the other to nearly everyone that owns a PC or even a laptop. You get a virus or some other spyware/malware and you are down just as if yourself has a virus.

My PC had something wrong that shut everything down, and I mean everything. Finally today it is back to working order.

My son in law did all the work in order to get it back up and running. Now I have the work to get my bookmarks back and everything else that is important. What a hassle and a nightmare it is to do.

One year the entire family went to Missouri to visit my fathers sister that lives there. It was the first time that I personally had ever been to there. As I have always heard of the fun things that one may experience we were all looking forward in going. Not just to see my aunt but the sites. Since they live fairly close to Branson Landing I knew, by doing some research on the net, that there were some great things to see and do.

The first location that we visited when we arrived in Missouri was the Pythian Castle. Really a wonderful historical site that the children really enjoyed. Especially with the dungeon that they thought was really cool. It is only around 20 or 30 miles north of Branson so it made it a short ride.

We went all over the place taking our time in seeing the sites. I do wish that we had known about the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing as I would have preferred to stay there than at the motel that we did stay at. Once I saw the Hilton I knew that the next time we went to visit that is the place that we would like to stay in.

Another stay idea would be at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel. Actually, it would be a hard decision to make if you have ever been there to see either of them. I think that we would have to flip a coin to decide but I still would prefer the Promenade to stay in.

During the holiday season there are four packages that you may choose from. Starting with a Thanksgiving theme to the New Years theme you are able to have a jammed packed fun experience. When I found out about the Thanksgiving package I asked my aunt if she was aware of this and she was not. If all goes right we are actually planning to get the family together and have a family reunion there choosing this package for the holiday. I would love to visit the Tanger Outlet Mall this next time we go. We were going to go shopping but my father was not up to it so we passed on that. I know that my aunt and her daughters go there all the time and are always raving about the prices and what they purchased!

For the first time visiting Missouri I would say that our family had a great time and looking for to 2009 and going back to explore some other sites that we ran out of time to and did not get to visit. Plus the planning of our possible purchasing of the Thanksgiving holiday package that the Hilton has made available!
